Privacy notice
Draft under legal review. This is not the final version.
What we collect
Your mobile number or email to sign in, the name you choose, and your governorate if you add it.
What you write or say about your problem, the organised summary, and documents you upload yourself.
Appointment details and messages between you and the lawyer you choose.
Why we use it
To organise your matter, show suitable lawyers, book consultations and send notifications about them.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
The AI assistant
Only with your explicit consent, your text is sent to Claude by Anthropic, outside Egypt, to organise it. We hide personal numbers such as national ID and phone numbers before sending, and your words are not used to train models.
You can always use the simple questions without the AI assistant.
Who sees your data
The lawyer you book sees only the summary and the documents you choose to share.
Dahrak’s verification team sees lawyers’ Bar card and ID images only to verify them.
Storage and retention
Data is currently stored with a cloud provider in the European Union (Frankfurt). We keep it while your account exists; you can delete any matter, or your whole account, inside the app.
Your rights
You can access, correct and delete your data, and withdraw consent for the AI assistant at any time, under Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
